Headquartered in London, ANX has been serving clients throughout the UK for more than 20 years. We work predominantly with annexe and outbuilding designers and suppliers, property developers, and architecture practices.

We’ve worked on thousands of garden design projects and dealt with over a hundred different local authorities. We know how the system works, what to expect, and how to deal with the unexpected. We’ve probably already come up against the problem before, and even if we haven’t, we’ll know the quickest, easiest, and most cost-effective way round it.

We can act as your planning consultant, buildings control partner, health and safety adviser, and supplier. We also advise on the certification schemes and how and when they can be used, such as BSI and BREEAM.
