Q: Do I have to build once planning permission has been granted?
A: No, you’re not obliged to build with ANX. Your planning permission usually grants 3 to 5 years for the project to start. A Certificate of Lawfulness has no time scale. In any case, ANX can advise.

A: You can use any of our services in isolation or in combination, according to your project requirements. We can advise on which services you would benefit from.

Q: What health and safety accreditations do you have?
A: ANX has achieved accreditation through the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) framework via PQS, a recognized SSIP assessment provider.
Q: Are your services available throughout the UK?
A: We work throughout the UK with the exception of Scotland. This is because the rules and regulations are different in Scotland, where we recommend working with local providers.

No, ANX is a specialist in annexes, outbuildings, and other garden room projects, including mobile homes and luxury retreats. Many of the failed projects we see have been undermined by providers taking on work they are not experienced in or capable of undertaking.
